Our targets are reviewed on regular basis, through Management Review Meetings.
Our Management is committed that all personnel adapts and implement all the defined Quality Management procedures, through its everyday business activities. To fulfill such objective, personnel is provided with required training, resources and equipment.
The full compliance and implementation of the Quality Management System leading to continual improvement, is controlled through techniques that involve Key Performance Indicators monitoring, documentation and assessment of quality controls and audits, as well as, implication and follow up of preventive and corrective actions.
