j. TOTAL CREW ON BOARD
k. MASTER'S NAME AND NATIONALITY
l. SATELLITE TEL/FAX
As per ISPS regulations please be kind enough to fill below listed pageσ (pre-arrival isps forms & Notification prior to entry into a Hellenic Port) and resend to our office by fax (0030-2104586244) and/or e-mail (agency@aegeanoil.com) including following documents/certificates:
- registry certificate
- international ship security certificate (all pages)
- crew list
- tonnage certificate (all pages)
- bunker clc 2001

Notification Prior to Entry Into A Hellenic Port
If calling vessel is tanker ship and as per marpol face out regulations please be kind enough to send following documents:
-international oil pollution prevention certificate (FORM A and B -all pages)
-bill of lading (if cargo on board)
-certificate of quality (if cargo on board)
-Condition Assessment Scheme Certificate *CAS* (if available)
If all above certificates / information and forms are not received, in time, the vessel will not be allowed to drop anchor by the Piraeus Port Control.
Please note following:
-vessel to give our office 72/48/24/12 hrs eta notice
-vessel to anchor as close as possible S.S.W. Atalandi Island anchorage and approaching to contact PIRAEUS TRAFFIC CONTROL on channel 13 for anchorage instructions 2 hrs prior arrival and follow anchorage instructions from Piraeus Traffic Control.
Important Note:
Our agency will not deal with any extraordinary needs which may ariseduring vessel's stay at Piraeus unless they have a prior writtenconfirmation from vessel owners that any expenses incurred for this extraordinary needs will be paid in full within 30 days.
